CASCADE TRUST
Terms of service
Use Cascade responsibly. These terms explain the basic rules for using the service.
Effective and last updated: 7 October 2026
Use the service legally
Use Cascade only for lawful purposes and for apps, repositories and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use it to harm others, distribute harmful software or violate someone else’s rights. Make sure you have permission to use the code, content and credentials involved in your releases.
Do not abuse the service
Do not attack, overload or intentionally disrupt Cascade. Do not try to bypass access checks, gain unauthorized access, expose secrets or interfere with another user’s apps or releases. Report problems instead of exploiting them. We may limit or suspend access when needed to address abuse, protect users or meet legal obligations.
Your accounts and releases
You are responsible for the apps, repositories and store accounts you connect, and for actions taken through your account. Keep your account details accurate and protect your credentials. Review your release settings before using them. You remain responsible for your code, signing setup, store requirements and the content you publish.
Other services
Your release setup may use separate services for builds, repositories, signing and app distribution. Their rules and charges apply to your use of those services. Cascade cannot guarantee that a store will accept an app, complete a review at a particular time or make a release available. A successful build is not a promise of store approval.
Availability and changes
We may change or improve Cascade over time. Features may also be interrupted by maintenance, errors or problems with connected services. No guaranteed uptime, service-level agreement or support response time applies unless explicitly agreed. Keep your own copies of important project files and release information, and use your judgment when relying on reported results.
Cost and ownership
Cascade is currently free to use. Separate services used in your release setup may charge their own fees. You retain ownership of your apps, code and content. Using Cascade allows us to process the information needed to provide the features you request; it does not transfer ownership of your projects to us.
Stopping use and getting help
You can stop using Cascade and contact us for help with your account or information. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically revoke credentials or remove records held by other services. If something goes wrong, contact us so we can review the issue. These terms do not take away rights that applicable law protects. We will update this page when the terms change and provide notice where appropriate.
